RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
French Pear Gifts will fully refund any goods returned in original saleable condition within ten days of receipt. Sealed items must be unopened.
Goods must be returned at your expense by tracked courier, and delivery charges for returned purchases will not be refunded. Returned goods will be at your risk until received by us. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 021 167 3487 to let us know to expect your returned package.
Please notify us immediately if goods arrive damaged to arrange a replacement or refund of the purchase. In this circumstance return delivery fees will be refunded. Should you require a replacement product in the case of faulty goods we will endeavour to get this to you as soon as possible. If goods are no longer in stock or unavailable to re-order we will refund your purchase money.
Unfortunately sale items will not be refunded unless not as described. The NZ Consumers’ Guarantee Act 1993 applies.
Any items that have been personalised or custom made for you are non-returnable.
Cancelling an order - orders are usually processed immediately after they are placed and we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent to you when you cancel it. If this is the case we cannot always stop the order from being sent. Once you receive the order, you will have to return it to us as per our return instructions for a refund.
All goods for return must be couriered to French Pear Gifts at the address shown.
