This means if you are not pleased with your purchase courier it back to us - in the original packaging and in an unused condition - within ten days for an exchange or refund.
REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNING PURCHASES
French Pear Gifts will fully refund any goods returned in original saleable condition within ten days of receipt. Sealed items must be unopened.
Goods must be returned at your expense by tracked courier, and delivery charges for returned purchases will not be refunded. Returned goods will be at your risk until received by us. Please send an email to email@example.com or phone 021 167 3487 to let us know to expect your returned package. It would be helpful to us to also know why your purchase was unsatisfactory.
Please notify us immediately if goods arrive damaged to arrange a replacement or refund of the purchase. In this circumstance return delivery fees will be refunded. Should you require a replacement product in the case of faulty goods we will endeavour to get this to you as soon as possible. If goods are no longer in stock or unavailable to re-order we will refund your purchase money.
Unfortunately sale items will not be refunded unless faulty or not as described. The NZ Consumers’ Guarantee Act 1993 applies.
Any items that have been personalised or custom made for you are non-returnable.
All goods for return must be couriered to French Pear Gifts at the address shown.
